The duties of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
1. Answering incoming calls
2. Recording of incoming/outgoing correspondence
3. Making reservation of tickets, hotels, preparation of invitation letters and visas
4. Tabulation of business trips planning
5. Translation of documents (written&oral)
6. Taking control of office condition. Providing office with stationery, household supplies, water.
7. Participation in meetings, negotiations, conferences, including foreign
8. Organization and assistance in conduction of meetings

Working conditions:
1. Full-time.
2. Office-based, convenient location (Saint Petersburg), metro station Petrogradskaya.
3. Salary depends on interview results.
4. Telephone expenses compensation.

Qualifications:
1.  Good communication skills, team player, hard working.
2. Higher education
3. English (upper intermediate level and higher)
