As the Lead Generation Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving lead generation targets, dand riving our projects to success. Your primary focus will be on meeting department targets and business objectives while ensuring the smooth and effective performance of your team. How your day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Set clear department goals and provide effective leadership to motivate and guide team metowardowards success. Monitor and evaluate team performance against set targets and take corrective actions as necessary. Create, implement, and optimize end-to-end lead generation processes aworkflowows to drive efficiency and productivity. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant stakeholders to aliglead-generationon efforts with business goals. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize lead generation strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and technologies, utilizing them to drive innovation and exceed targets. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Oversee lead data management and ensure accurate and reliable reporting on key performance metrics. Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and collaboration within the lead generation department. Check, if you qualify: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a management or supervisory role. Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, tactics, and tools across a variety of channels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving targets. Experience in setting and managing departmental KPIs and performance metrics. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
