We're looking for a Recruiter who will play a key role in meticulously selecting and hiring top talent for our operations team, including M1 managers, sales managers, customer care managers, and tutors. Responsibilities: - Lead the recruitment process for operational roles including M1 managers, sales managers, customer care managers, and tutors, ensuring a fit with company culture and role requirements. - Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline building. - Manage the full recruitment cycle for each role, from job posting to interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation. - Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop role-specific criteria and job descriptions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining effective communication and providing feedback in a timely manner. - Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to continuously improve the recruitment process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the edtech and operational sectors. Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years in the kids' edtech industry. - Experience of working in OPs teams like M1, Sales, Customer Care/Service teams. - Energetic and goal-oriented personality, capable of driving results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and hiring managers. - Familiarity with essential edtech metrics and strategies for their enhancement. - Keen awareness of the specific talent requirements in the edtech or similar industries. - Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
