At the moment we have a vacancy of It Manager. You will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications systems at the property. Experience in hotel It will be your advantage. Position is reporting to the Hotel It Director.
Advanced level of English language is highly needed.
Key job responsibilities:
  • To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications systems at the property;
  • To ensure efficient It support of hotel operations and all critical systems are available;
  • To establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems, providing systems; administration including maintaining user/group accounts;
  • To participate in technology implementations and implementation of best practice;
  • To provide direct guest support along with support to function rooms;
  • To ensure security of hotel network;
    To ensure that preventive maintenance and repairs required by any It equipment in the Hotel is carried out appropriately;
  • Active Directory, Network and Server Infrastructure maintenance – wired & wireless, user configuration; troubleshooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation;
  • To provide manuals and user support on the use of any It systems and It hardware and incorporate those manuals; into the relevant operating procedures of the Hotel;
  • To ensure the continuous availability of a hierarchy to deal with an emergency in any essential It system.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as It Manager or Assistant in international chain company, hotel experience is preferred;
  • University or College degree – major in It;
  • Advanced level of English language;
  • Project Management and knowledge of hospitality applications, Opera Pms, Micros-Symphony, Iptv, Hsia;.
  • Network device management experience (Aruba, Ruckus, or Cisco), Tcp/Ip, Vlans;
  • Pbx management experience (Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya or Cisco) ;
  • Good knowledge and support for Windows/Mac/Android/iOs operating systems;
  • End-user Microsoft workstations deploying;
  • Understanding of systems backup;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Pro-active and inquisitive mind set to develop problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills;
  • Highly customer-oriented.
