Unit: Trading Desk
Mission:
Maintain liquidity via low slippage and narrow spreads while monitoring bots' performance to protect capital in real-time. Investigate and report on incidents to optimise hedging algorithms and monitoring tools.
Main performance number: PnL TD
Second performance number: CG & CMC Rank
Third performance number: Slippage/Spread/COS depending on trader
Functions:
• Liquidity : Achieve 100% of client order execution when the price is in the market and 1-10 bps spreads across 100+ markets.
• Risk : Maintain PnL within limits and Exposure at zero keeping enough balance on all accounts.
• Bots management : Develop market-making and hedging algorithms to ensure leadership in liquidity and risk management.
• Reporting : Report on trading KPIs and incidents with 100% accuracy.
• Daily research : Produce daily Market Analytics summary.
• Project Management : Write Who/What/Why clear tasks and stories. Complete 1 Critical Hit Task and 2 Projects.
• Agile : Be effective in scrum meetings, tasks prioritization, demo, sprints setup, stand-ups, business activities to achieve 120% of Unit goals.
Requirement skills and experience:
• 2+ years of experience in FX/Crypto Dealing.
• Experience with daily market analytics.
• Working proficiency in English.
Optional:
• Knowledge of SQL and Python would be a plus.
• Experience with project management would be a plus.
• Ready to work 12h shifts from 11am till 11pm (GMT-4, Miami time, USA) 3-4 days per week.
