Zeon Core is a start-up, launching a new product for professional crypto traders. Currently, we are looking for Helpdesk employees who will provide high-level support to our customers. Functions: Processing user requests (e-mail); User support related to technical and financial issues; Managing tickets; Knowledge base maintenance; Quality control; Involvement in improving our services; Requirements: Higher education; Experience in Helpdesk or customer services 1+ year; Experience in trading and/or in trading support; Attention to detail, ability to formulate your thoughts in writing clearly, organize obtained information, prepare high-quality materials for a wide range of users; Upper intermediate written and oral communication skills in English (customers are mostly from the USA); Interest in sphere of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and ICO; Constant stable Internet connection (reserve channel is a plus); Readiness to substitute for absent colleagues while they are on their vacation or sick list; Conditions: Working schedule: 2/2 remotely Working on public holidays (HelpDesk functions 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year) Please specify the desired level of salary in your cover letter (full month, 15 shifts, net)
