Developer Profile: The premium resort developer is building a luxury 40 Residences Resort development (2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments for sale) priced between USD1.2m-2.2m and another luxury villas residential project coming up in 3 months with residences for sales between USD 3-7m. This developer is a well-established owner of one of the large owning companies in Maldives, with interests luxury resorts, transportation, FMCG and multiple other business ventures. The developer also owns one of the most premium luxury award winning properties in Maldives and has multiple other resorts under development. Roles and Responsibilities: • To assist Director of Sales in originate and manage a network of High Net high-net-worth individuals, international real estate agents and companies who can be directly marketed to. • Work closely and assist our marketing team in preparing marketing collateral for the development project. Coordination and Dissemination of all marketing collateral materials on the development project to the internal portfolio managers, real estate team and/or all external parties. • To assist Director of Sales in negotiations and execution of legal documentation, including Sale and Purchase and other agreements, and liaison with lawyers and other consultants. • Prepare and maintain all paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.): close coordination and monitoring of the team's real estate transactions, including document management and data entry. • Generate residential sales leads via resort activities, advertisements, direct and indirect marketing activities and listing services, including print media, social media campaigns, agent mail campaigns, customer and prospect marketing campaigns, and brand management. • To assist Director of Sales in the negotiation processes of consulting buyers directly or through agents on unit prices, luxury product offerings, residential designs and descriptions. • Maintain showing schedule and showing reports. • To assist Director of Sales in management of communication with all parties, including Email, Phone & Text Management – read and respond when necessary. • Provide comprehensive assistance to buyers in purchasing unit(s) of our luxury resort residential development, including referral for lawyers, Tax Advisors and other consultants as required. • Constantly be updated and knowledgeable about real estate markets in luxury residential resort developments and best practices. • Reporting to the Client and working closely with the resort development and operations team on all aspects of the development. • Establishing and managing relationships with homeowners pre- and post-sale, including Owners Liaison & Management, Marketing, Transaction management, and Administration.
