Business Development Manager
Purpose Of The Role
Contribute the company’s growth and its going forward via the acquisition of new customers according to Rulog (ex.Havi) strategy and integrate & develop them via proper Key Account Management.
 
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  • Focus is on looking for new customers
  • Manage and develop opportunities for company at the market
  • Monitor the trends in the market and its evolutions (customers & competition)
  • Conduct and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience with company at all stages starting from marketing to Key Account Management including Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Collection, Business Case Preparation, Proposal, Contract Negotiation and Implementation.
  • Support operation and all other departments to start up new business in the possible best way for company and the customer
  • Support the cultural change of the company to move stronger and safer toward the big ocean of the open market with sustainable growth
  • Close collaboration with It Department in order to develop digital product in accordance to Client’s needs
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales and business development in logistic companies
  • Work experience in b2b sales at It market will be an advantage
  • Analytic thinking
  • Operations knowledge
  • Very good commercial, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Team working attitude
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence
  • Russian – native, English Upper-Intermediate level or higher
 
Main Location – Moscow (m. Novoorlovskaya or m. Rumyantsevo), based on the business needs – Moscow region (Kotelniki and Chekhov).
